"I was sitting in my car smoking a cigarette, and I heard this long screeching and a crash," Good Samaritan Daniel Hibbs said. "Then I came out here, and this car was on fire. I swoop in over here, then I jumped out and pulled that girl out of there. She was unresponsive at first, so I just took off her seatbelt and threw her arm over my shoulder and got her out of there.”
