The Oceanside Police Department is investigating a series of indecent exposures in the downtown area of Oceanside.
In two separate incidents in May 2017, a black male in a brown Toyota pickup truck approached a woman as she was jogging and asked her directions to a local café.
The suspect committed a lewd act after exposing himself to the Victim. He was described as a black male in his early 20’s.
The Oceanside Police arrested the Suspect on May 26th, 2017 and are looking for other potential victims.
