California Could Be Headed For Another Drought

Alex Tardy with the National Weather Service says San Diego County is now in a Moderate Drought status, with only one major storm in 2018 so far, and rainfall levels less than 40% of normal.  In addition, he says the California snowpack is less than 30% of normal in 2018 after a record year in 2017.  It could mean California is headed back into the same severe drought conditions that ran from 2011-2016, leading to water cutbacks and rations across the state.
