Arrest Made Of Masked Murder Suspect In East Village

An arrest has been made in the murder and robbery of a business owner in the East Village.

On Wednesday, October 10th,  49 year old Ghedeer Tony Radda was found dead in his flooring business, Bottom Price Flooring and Supply, on "G" street.

Police were looking for two suspects, a woman with long purple hair and a man wearing a mask of an older woman with gray hair.

That man, 51 year old Kevin Cartwright, has been arrested in El Cajon and will be arraigned Friday, October 19th, on robbery and murder charges.

The female suspect still hasn't been identified. She is described as a light skinned female wearing a purple wig. She was wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.

Radda, who owned and operated his flooring business for 16 years, is  survived by his wife and two daughters, ages 8 and 5, according to a gofundme.com page set up to assist his family.
