At first glance it looks like this woman fell into an open sidewalk cellar door and tumbled into a basement in New York... all because she was checking her phone. her family says she was looking at her phone, but they say she's also legally blind and diabetic. Her son says she wasn't feeling well and was looking at her phone to check the time to see if she could eat.
The woman is in the hospital recovering.
