When the Poor Buy Your Street

A homeowner's association in San Francisco is seriously freaking out.

The association didn't pay the property tax on the street, so it went up for auction. The tax bill was about 900 bucks.

After a couple picked it up for about 90 grand...the mansion-owners who live there started yelling about how "not fair," it was that they had no idea their street was for sale.

Now the homeowners are asking the board of supervisors to give their street back.

I don't like their chances. Read the story here. It is pretty darned entertaining.
