One person was killed and four others injured in a crash involving three cars Wednesday afternoon in San Diego's North County.
The crash took place off I-15 on Champagne Boulevard and Mountain Meadow Rd in the 12pm hour.
CHP officers say a couple of the cars were left mangled in the accident, one had gone down an embankment.
The name of the victim killed in the crash has not been released. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
