Do You Earn Enough to Afford A Home In This North County City?

It's no secret housing costs are high in California but four cities, including one in San Diego, have made it on a list of most expensive U.S. housing markets.

According to numbers crunched by Business Insider using housing affordability data from The National Association of Realtors, the median sale price of a home in Carlsbad is $610,000.

If you don't make at least $115,226 dollars, you may want to have your realtor shop elsewhere in the county.

It's not much better for the other cities on the list which you can read in this article from Business Insider.
