To Go Vegan Or Not? Reasons To Add Vegan Options

In the new year, you may be considering some changes for your health, for the planet, and for the animals.

How can you do all three? You may consider more vegan options.

Why go vegan, or incorporate more vegan meals into your diet?

Your health for one. Researchers have linked red meat, both processed and unprocessed red meat, to cancer, Type 2 Diabetes, stroke, infections, and diseases of the kidneys, heart, respiratory tract, and liver. 

In addition, your helping save animals.

If you view photos or videos of animals' growing conditions, and animal cruelty and exploitation,  you may not want to eat meat again.
