A Pasadena family was terrified by a woman who smashed their windows with a pickaxe.
Arman Tchoukadarian says his security system notified him that something was amiss at his home...
His mother-in-law and newborn baby girl were in the home at the time.
Tchoukardian's security camera recorded everything that happened, Monday, as the woman destroyed the huge glass panel windows in the front of his home.
A few hours later, police found and arrested the woman. Shhe was booked on vandalism charges.
Police say she was having a mental health crisis.
Tchoukardian said he doesn't know who the woman is, though she lives across the street from his family.
