Watch Bodycam Footage from Kentucky Bank Shootings

Louisville, Kentucky, police released police bodycam footage from the mass shooting at a bank.

25 year old Conor Sturgeon was an employee at Old National Bank. According to police, he had interned at the bank for three years before earning a full-time position in June 2021.

Sturgeon purchased an AR-15 rifle on April 4. He left a note, and police say he texted or called at least one person to let them know he was suicidal and contemplating harm. Sturgeon also livestreamed the attack on Instagram.

The video shows Officer Nickolas Wilt who drives up to the scene with his training officer, identified as Cory “CJ” Galloway.

Wilt, police say, was shot in the head as he ran toward the gunshots, while Galloway was able to take cover...eventually shooting and killing Sturgeon.
