El Cajon Mayor Bill Wells is speaking out in a new article about homelessness.
It is drawing a lot of attention because he is critical of many local and state leaders in the way that they are trying to address the growing problem in California.
In the article, entitled "Hotel California", Mayor Wells tells what his city has done the opposition they have faced and what he thinks should be the strategy for addressing homelessness.
