What People Are Saying About Super Bowl Sunday

It is the morning after the Super Bowl and all the hype is over for another year.

But as everyone goes back to work after a Sunday of gatherings, and too much food and drink, watching together with family and friends, people are still talking about it today. And there is plenty to talk about.

First the outcome of the game itself. The most popular video game of all time, EA’s Madden NFL, in a simulation before the game had predicted that the Philadelphia Eagles would beat the Kansas City Chiefs 31-17. The football video game was wrong about that. But the Madden game did predict that Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts would run for three touchdowns and he did.

And there is the usual chatter and grumbling among fans who slammed NFL officials for blown calls and of course most of that coming from Eagles fans who came oh so close.

The halftime show is sure to be getting lots of talk at the office today. The performance had its fans and its detractors with social media comments ranging from really amazing to really disappointing, to one tweet that suggested the name of the show should have been called “Rhianna and the Hazmat Suits”

And then there are the Super Bowl commercials to talk about, ranging from the very best to the very worst, featuring everyone from the M & M’s talking candies to Jesus.

Some of everything for everyone to talk about it on this Super Bowl Monday.
