A new report from the California Association of Realtors shows just how hot the housing market is statewide and here in San Diego County. Both sales and prices rose in March.
It comes down to this: The supply of homes for sale continues to decline as any home that hits the market is gobbled up quickly. In San Diego County last month the average listing time for a home sold was just 21.7 days. That compares to 32.6 days in OC and 45.6 days in Riverside county.
The median price of a home sold in San Diego County in March was $571,000.
