San Diego police need help with information about an Egyptian man who was found dead under off the coast of Mission Beach last week.
The body of the 37-year-old man Haitham “Max” Elshayeb was found two and a half off the coast Wednesday, October 10th.
He had a chain around his waist, and that fact prompted homicide to investigate, though the cause of death isn't yet known.
The San Diego Police Department is seeking any information regarding Haitham “Max” Elshayeb and his whereabouts prior to October 10th, 2018.
