SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Falck took over as San Diego's emergency medical services provider back in November and many employees from AMR, the city's previous EMS provider, stayed on so they could keep working in the city. But some now-former employees of Falck say the company wasn't ready to start its service in San Diego as evident by ambulance rigs lacking the necessary supplies. Other employees say they also dealt with payroll problems before ultimately leaving the agency.
