CALEXICO - Federal agents make another huge bust at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Customs and Border Protection says agents seized more than $8 Million worth of fentanyl and methamphetamine during a five day period at the Calexico Port of Entry in Imperial County. The drugs were discovered in several vehicles and in the luggage of travelers who attempted to the enter the U.S. through port between July 13th and 17th.
The travelers were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Homeland Security Investigations is also looking into the incidents.
