SAN DIEGO - A missing at-risk teen has been found safe.
San Diego Police say Angel Rodas-Ramirez, 14, was located and reunited with his family Monday after he went missing Sunday evening. The teen was last seen while at Sea World with his high school bandmates that evening.
Rodas-Ramirez is considered at-risk because he has short-term memory loss.
A search dog was able to pick up the boy's scent on a bus that went from Sea World to Old Town but police have not said where the boy was found.
