Trustcircle Helps Bridge the Mental Health Gap

posted by LaDona Harvey -

As you know, I have had quite a bit of experience, navigating the mental health system in this country, and I have been very open about it's failings.

If you are struggling to stay on top of your mental health, know this: You are not alone.

We lose 22 veterans a day to suicide in this country. 22. That is shameful.

Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the US for all ages.

I meet people every day who need help. They need guidance. They need care.

And I meet people every day who are working to do something about it.

Our healthcare system does not lend itself to helping people with mental well-being, so we have to do it. Enter, Sachin.

Sachin Chaudhry is passionate about mental well-being. Like me, he has family members who have been failed by the system. And like me, he is looking for a way to be part of the solution.

Sachin quit a high-paying job in Silicon Valley to help create an app that directly helps those who need it.

This is how we fix a broken system. People, coming together to make it work.

Click here to try trustcircle for yourself, and leave feedback, so the developers can continue to improve on it. It's free, and it is confidential.

Always remember, people love and care about you. If you feel you are in danger, please reach out. Another wonderful organisation is The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Find them, by clicking here.
