Vacations. You earned them, why not use them? If you don't it's money lost.
Today is National Plan for Vacation Day so why not plan one? Each year Americans leave 662 million vacation days unused!! Yes, 662 MILLION!!! Why? You've earned the vacation days so if you don't use them, it's like leaving money on the table. Who wants to give money back to their employer, after all?
Doug Shupe of the Automobile Club tells us those who plan ahead are more likely to use their time off than those who just wing it and he shares some ideas on how to make your vacation planning a reality.
