Especially now that new research shows that it may help extend your life. Nutrition expert Justin Murphy says a new study shows that coffee drinkers have a slightly lower risk of death over 10 years than those who don't drink coffee. Overall, coffee drinkers were about 10 to 15 percent less likely to die than non-drinker during a decade of follow-up in the study. We find out why coffee may have this effect on us.
