Fred Pierce from “Friends of SDSU” says they will start to collect signatures this weekend with the hopes of putting their proposal on next year’s ballot. He tells Carl DeMaio that there is some financial momentum behind the initiative.
If the proposal does get on the ballot it will go against a competing stadium initiative from FS Investors.
