TV Actress Kimberlin Brown of the “Bold and The Beautiful” has declared she will run for California’s 36th Congressional District. She says her goal is to fix what is broken in the US Congress.
Brown tells Carl DeMaio that her experience as a small business owner will benefit people more than many of the career politicians in office.
