There have been 19 school threats in San Diego since the shooting at Stoneman Douglas in Parkland Florida. Nine young people have been arrested, they now face felony charges. San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephan says they take all these threats seriously and talks about the importance of speaking up if you suspect something is wrong.
