Remember the TV Dinner? It's Making a Comeback!

Ahh, remember the days of Salisbury steak and fake mashed potatoes in a TV dinner? Are we seeing a resurgence in this frozen "cuisine"?

Millennials are embracing frozen vegetables and meals, as both are seen as a more convenient less expensive alternative to takeout. This accounts, in part, for the boost in the frozen food industry. Who can forget the "mashed potatoes" that were crusty on top and still frozen in the middle....of the desert cobbler (easily the best part of the meal)?

According to Healthy Living Expert Dr. David Barczyk, this comeback is all fine and good BUT we need to be wary of what is actually in the meal. He says if you can't pronounce it, it probably isn't good for you!
