A mother is desperately asking for the public's help after her son apparently vanished. Christel Billingsly says her son, 24-year-old Wesley Billingsly, was last seen by friends in Pacific Beach two weeks ago. He last was heard from June 12.
He was reportedly staying at three different places with friends on Haines Street, Diamond Street and Grand Avenue. His mom says it's not normal for her son not to call, text or post on social media. His black Ford Expedition is also gone.
Anyone with information on Wesley's whereabouts is urged to call police at 619-531-2000.
