San Diego Police say a woman with Alzheimer's, missing since noon Friday, was found in Tijuana.
70 year old Evelyne Delorme left home in University City wearing a cream color knit pullover sweater and pink sweat pants.
She was said to possibly be driving a dark gray 2010 Toyota Camry and may not know how to get home or where she was.
Police said late Friday night, she was found in Tijuana and had been reunited with her family.
