San Diego Police Chief David Nisleit held a news conference Wednesday afternoon after a video showing San Diego Police arresting a 20-year-old man was posted on social media. Trenelle Cannon was arrested on warrants in Chula Vista Tuesday. He's facing charges for felony possession of a firearm and robbery.
Family and friends of Cannon are calling for an independent investigation.
