The trial of Navy SEAL Edward Gallagher was scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 28th, but just one week before it was to begin a judge delayed it. The judge ordered the delay while lawyers resolve questions over whether the government's monitoring of emails compromised his right to a fair trial.
Gallagher has pleaded not guilty to killing a wounded teenage ISIS fighter in Iraq in 2017.
In an exclusive radio interview with KOGO News, Andrea Gallagher says her husband is not guilty of a war crime..and what this is about is retaliation by fellow SEALS. She says they will continue to fight for the truth, no matter what President decides to do about a reported possible pardon in the case.
