According to TMZ, video surfaced after Eastwood reportedly posed as a city official, attempting to take signs away from people protesting a proposed luxury resort in Del Mar.
Eastwood reportedly told demonstrators to take down signs and banners at Del Mar Plaza.
In video posted on social media, protesters recognize Eastwood as he attempts to take down a banner secured to a plant.
TMZ reports that Eastwood owns a bar and several small businesses in the area.
