Rush Limbaugh says he's in a state of disbelief. TMZ caught up with conservative talk host Rush Limbaugh after he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Honor by President Trump Tuesday evening during the State of the Union address.
Limbaugh, whose show is heard daily on AM600 9am-12pm was overcome with emotion while first lady Melania Trump placed the medal on him after President Trump took time during his address to honor him for his contributions as a pioneering conservative talk host.
Limbaugh on Monday announced to listeners that he has been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. He told listeners he would be absent on occasion as he undergoes treatment.
