Welcome to Darren & Jack, hosted by Darren Smith and Jack Cronin, airing weekday evenings from 7 to 8 pm on News Radio 600 KOGO.
Smith currently hosts the popular Darren Smith Show,12 Noon to 3 pm, on XTRA 1360 and now joins the line-up on iHeart San Diego powerhouse News Radio 600 KOGO, alongside Cronin, co-host of San Diego’s Evening News.
Smith has been a prominent voice in San Diego sports radio since 2004. For the past 15 years, Darren has delivered sports fans with a unique opinion, topical interviews and breaking news coverage.

Prior to his broadcast career on the west coast, Smith spent time at ESPN Radio at the headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut (1998-2002), where he helped launch ESPN’s 24-hour format. During his tenure, Smith produced several programs, including the famed The Dan Patrick Show.
