A woman in Chula Vista started it all and it has now spread across the country.
Chris Morrow had an idea and launched a yellow ribbon campaign to salute and thank health care workers and other essential workers. Her idea has spread across the county and singer Tony Orlando, who sang Tie a Yellow Ribbon, has praised her for what she is doing. We talked to her on San Diego's Morning News
