I spent many years working in South Texas. Specifically, Brownsville and San Antonio so I know these small communities. Everyone is connected by one or two people. This latest shooting took the lives of 19 innocent young boys and girls, who were about to start their summer vacation tomorrow. We're had 30 mass shootings since the begging of this year alone. Without placing blame or pointing fingers, what needs to be done?
