Traffic was backed up along northbound Interstate 15 Monday evening after a small plane made a safe emergency landing on the freeway.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on I-15 near Aero Drive abut 4:45 p.m.
The reason for the emergency landing is unclear at this time. Video from the scene showed the airplane along the shoulder in the median.
No injuries were reported and no vehicles were reported hit by the plan.
