The body of a young boy missing after reportedly being seen washed away in a rain swollen creek in Rainbow has been found.
The five year old boy, identified as Phillip Campbell went missing Sunday when the care he was riding in was washed away.
The man driving the car was a family friend whose body was found hours later. He has been identified as 73 year old Rolland Phillips.
