San Diego Police are renewing their search for a Tijuana man who's been missing for three years. Jose Ortigoza was last seen crossing the Otay Mesa Port of Entry into the US on January 24 2014.
Police say Ortigoza, who was 26 at the time, was in the US conducting business and may have been driving a 2008 or later model GMC Acadia crossover type vehicle. His family and employer have not heard from him since.
