It’s Presidents Day weekend and everyone is talking about the President.
And not about George Washington or Abraham Lincoln or any other president of the past.
No, everyone is talking about the current president. Donald J. Trump.
And of course there are a lot of people talking good things about President Trump on this Presidents Day weekend, Very good things.
And of course there also are a lot of people talking bad things about President Trump. Very bad things.
The good things being said are those about the fact that Trump is doing the things he said he was going to do, crack down on immigration, make friends with Russia, and repeal and replace Obamacare.
The bad things being said about President Trump is that he is doing what he says he was going to do, crack down on immigration, make friends with Russia and repeal and replace Obamacare.
You see, people who love President Trump love what he is doing. And people who dislike President Trump dislike what he is doing.
There’s the same thing even going on with his style and demeanor.
Those who support President Trump say they love his feistiness and his candid nature and even the insults he hurls at those he doesn’t like
And those who didn’t and don’t support President Trump say they can’t stand the way he acts and how he puts down those he doesn’t he like.
But most of his supporters and most of his critics probably agree about one thing, Because it’s pretty obvious. As long as everyone is talking about him, it’s just the way President Trump likes it.
