Human "Impeach" Sign on San Diego Beach

On a day when there were dozens of Pro-Trump rallies held around the country. hundreds of anti-Trump protesters showed up on a beach in San Diego to form a human sign that read "IMPEACH!". The pro and anti Trump events were held on Saturday March 4.

The human sign was captured in a phone from a drone. An estimated 500-600 participants organized by Indivisible San Diego, a local branch of a "nationwide citizens' resistance movement," lined up at Dog Beach to spell out the exclamation "resist!" They then marched to the Ocean Beach pier where they spelled out "impeach!"

"This community action stands in stark contrast to the often harsh confrontations seen nationwide today between demonstrators at March 4 rallies and counter-protesters," Pam Hughes of Indivisible San Diego said in a statement to KOGO media partner 10News.

At about the same time, an estimated 150-200 Pro-Trump supporters marched and then held a rally at the Embarcadero Marina Park South, one of dozens around the country on what organizers called March 4 Trump Day.
