Fans of singer Jimmy Buffett and his "kick back" lifestyle, can now age away in a Margaritaville inspired community.
Buffett has teamed together with a developer to create retirement home communities, the first set to open in Florida in 2018.
Latitude Margaritaville is aimed at the 55 plus crowd. The developer says it's going to be a "very fun place" that will include fitness facilities and more.
Wasting away in Latitude Margaritaville will set you back somewhere in the the low $200,000 for a home.
