A statue called, "The Fearless Girl" has been installed on the site of Wall Street's Charging Bull.
An asset management company says it installed the statue of the girl to draw attention to the issue of gender diversity and equality at the workplace.
Today's is International Woman's Day and across the country women participated in a "Day without a woman." It was an organized movement that encouraged women to stay home from work, avoid spending money and by wearing red in support of the day.
