Invention Stops Shaking In Parkinson's Patients!

Tremors are typical in patients who have  Parkinson's Disease.

And a fantastic prototype watch designed by Microsoft has stopped tremors in 32 year old Emma Lawton's hand.

Microsoft has named the watch Emma, which vibrates in a distinctive pattern to disrupt the feedback loop between brain and hand."

A video shows Lawton trying to draw a square with her shaky right hand, and then again, wearing Emma. Watson erupts in tears as she calls her mother to say this is the first time she's been able to write her name in ages.
