The Sheriff's Department has issued a warning for a man exposing himself in Imperial Beach. Just before 9:30a.m. Monday, a mother and her 4-year-old daughter were walking near 11th Street and Elder Avenue.
She told deputies a gray car, similar to a Volkswagen Golf, pulled up next to them and she noticed the driver was not wearing any pants.She described the suspect as a Hispanic man in his 20's, clean shaven, with a dark complexion. Deputies ask anyone with information to call them.
This is one of a handful of indecent exposure incidents this week. Others have been reported in UTC, La Jolla and Carmel Valley.
