San Diego homicide detectives have released a video of the man they believe murdered a man in Ocean Beach early Thursday morning about 12:30 at Newport and Bacon.
Lt. Mike Holden tells KOGO News they've identified the victim as 65 year old Walter Riley, who was homeless and hung out in Ocean Beach a lot.
