San Diego NWS Issues Flash Flood Warning for Southeast Area

The National Weather Service in San Diego County has issued a flash flood warning for the southeastern area of the county until 5:45pm. 

At 1:50pm, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the Mount Laguna area, with nearly a half inch of rain reported in the last 15 minutes. 

Some locations that will likely experience flooding include:

Mount Laguna 

I-8 between Pine Valley and Boulevard

Cuyamaca Rancho State Park

I-8 between Boulevard and Imperial County Line

HWY S2 between Shelter Valley and Agua Caliente

HWY S1 between Lake Cuyamaca and Mount Laguna 

Pine Valley 

Boulevard 

HWY S2 between Agua Caliente and Canebrake

Lake Morena 

Campo

If you're in any of those areas you're advised to move to higher ground now.
