Eight year old Julia Davidson was in the hospital earlier this year undergoing treatment for a rare childhood cancer called neuroblastoma when singer Miley Cyrus made a surprise visit to Rady Children;s Hospital in San Diego.
Julia says one day she wants to be on The Voice as a contestant and she may get her wish after Miley Cyrus, a judge on the show, had the chance to hear her sing. The pop star was in tears along with Liam Hemsworth during their visit to Julia's hospital room.
