Your Guide to the Great 2017 Solar Eclipse

Are you ready for Monday? Do you have your official eclipse viewing glasses?

Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you have probably heard that we'll be treated to a solar eclipse Monday.

In some parts of the country, it will be a total eclipse.

Here in San Diego, it will be a partial eclipse but, still a sight to behold (safely with special glasses only) since it's been 1979 that some parts of the U.S. saw a total solar eclipse. The last coast to coast eclipse was nearly 100 years ago.

The Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park is ground zero for eclipse viewing in San Diego. Check out their scheduled list of events HERE.
