The Carlsbad Police Department has scheduled a community meeting to address concerns about a prowler that has hit at least three times in the city over the past two weeks.
The suspect entered homes through open or unlocked windows according to Carlsbad Police Lieutenant Greg Koran. In each case the suspect ran off after being confronted by the homeowners.
All three reported prowler cases occurred at night resulting in a limited description of the suspect. He's described only as a white or hispanic man with a mustache.
The community meeting is scheduled for Thursday September 21st, 6:00pm at the Carlsbad Senior Centered located at 799 Pine avenue.
