iHeart Holiday Food Drive

Of San Diego County’s 3.3 million residents, 494,439 face hunger issues - including over 164,000 children. That’s 1 in 7 adults and 1 in 5 children.  Through the generosity of individuals and companies throughout our region, the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is able to provide nutritious food to individuals and families in need.

This holiday season you can help fight hunger in San Diego by contributing to the iHeart Holiday Food Drive at SDCCU Stadium on December 8, 2017, Sponsored By SDSU West, Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines and the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

iHeartRadio stations, SDSU West and the San Diego Food Bank will be collecting unopened, non-perishable food items and monetary donations at the stadium where you can easily drive through and drop off items without leaving your car.  The first 500 contributors will receive a free Rubio’s taco coupon and ALL donors will receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win incredible prizes, like:

  • $500 VISA Gift Card
  • One-night stays at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront
  • Tickets to ice skate at Holiday by the Bay at Hilton San Diego Bayfront

Food Donation Details: only unopened, non-perishable food items can be accepted. We are unable to accept homemade food items or alcoholic beverages.
