A woman says she was sexually assaulted after she got into a car she thought she ordered on University in Hillcrest.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit Division are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a sexual assault.

Detectives are currently searching for additional witnesses and evidence.

The victim described the suspect as a Hispanic male, about 40-years-old, having a receding hair line, and a mustache. The vehicle was described as being a dark colored 4-door sedan.
